Drill Night - Tuesday, October 27, 2020
Members, who were scheduled for a low-key classroom drill, were dealt a surprising challenge from the Training Division on Tuesday night.
Crews responded to a **simulated drill** for a MCI (mass-casualty incident) involving three vehicles. A total of 12 simulated patients were in need of rescue/removal between one overturned vehicle on fire and two other vehicles with one partially on top of the other. Advanced extrication, SMART triage, fire suppression, stabilization, and many more techniques were put to use in a very successful drill.
Kudos to all who attended last night, and great work thinking on your toes.
